That's the sound of a toilet flushing. That's the sound of a tissue being pulled out. That's the sound of the refrigerator door opening. That's the sound of the cabinet door opening. That's the sound of the microwave oven door being opened. That's the sound of the kettle switch. This is the sound of keyboard input. That's the sound of clicking a mouse. This is the sound of the joy-con connecting to the machine. That's the sound of a chair being moved. That's the sound of scissors. That's the sound of someone taking out potato chips. This is the sound of the AirPods case opening and closing. That's the sound of a can of Coke being shaken. That's the sound of shaking a medicine bottle. That's the sound of knocking on the door. This project is an interactive audio-visual web that turns live microphone input into a stylized ocean landscape. A circular sound form moves through a day–night cycle in the sky, while layered waves below respond to sound in real time.
